Grandy Shipping Center is authorized as a drop-off location by the carriers to accept drop-off Amazon packages.
 

If you already have the package and the pre-paid label, we will be happy to accept it and safely ship it for you. If you need it to be packaged, we have a assortment of boxes and shipping supplies for sale. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept UPS QR Codes from Amazon. However, you can cancel the QR Code and Send us the Pre-Paid Shipping Label at info@grandyshippingcenter.com

Here’s a complete guide on how to cancel a QR code return and send a pre-paid shipping label to a friend using Amazon’s "Send to a Friend" option:

Step 1: Cancel the QR Code Return

1. Log into Your Amazon Account:

• Visit Amazon.com and sign in with your account credentials.

2. Go to Your Orders:

• Click on "Returns & Orders" located at the top right corner of the page.

3. Locate the Item with the QR Code Return:

• Scroll through your orders to find the item for which you initiated the return using a QR code.

4. Click on 'View Return/Refund Status':

• For the item you're returning, you’ll see the option to view the return or refund status. Click on it.

5. Cancel the QR Code Return:

• On the next screen, you'll see the details of the return, including the option to "Cancel Return." Click this to cancel the return request. This will remove the QR code option.

Step 2: Re-Initiate the Return and Send to a Friend

1. Re-Initiate the Return Process:

• After canceling the QR code return, go back to the "Your Orders" section, locate the item again, and click "Return or Replace Items" to start a new return process.

2. Choose the Return Reason:

• Select the reason for returning the item as you did before.

3. Select the Return Method Without QR Code:

• When prompted for how you want to return the item, select a return option that offers a pre-paid shipping label (like "UPS Dropoff with Label" or "Print at Home"). Do not choose the QR code option this time.

4. Click on 'Send to a Friend':

• On the next page, look for an option that says "Send to a Friend." Select this option.

5. Enter Our Email Address:

• You will be prompted to enter our email address info@grandyshippingcenter.com and proceed.

6. Complete the Return Process:

• Amazon will generate a shipping label and send it to us. We will print the label and safely attach it to the package for return at no cost to you! :)
